Strawberry Protein Smoothie Recipe

With fresh strawberries for a refreshing summer flavor, and vegetarian protein sources for healthy proteins with zero cholesterol, this strawberry protein smoothie is great for a post workout drink. It is also easy and quick to make with only four ingredients. Vanilla Spiru-Meal is used as a plant-based protein for this recipe along with unsweetened soy milk to add even more plant based proteins.
